Abby grew up dancing competitively in Northern Minnesota training at Dance Escape Dance Studio, Dreamdance Academy, and the Minnesota Ballet. She was on the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee Dance Team her freshman year of college, then graduated undergrad from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, with a degree in dance and a degree in communication studies.

Since graduating college, Abby has been choreographing and teaching Hip-Hop, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Contemporary at an established studio in Denver, Colorado.

Throughout her 20+ years of dancing, she has had the pleasure of working with many well-known choreographers, in many genres, across the US.

Abby's love for dance stems from the idea that movement always tells a story and can also help us to feel and embody our emotions.
