Jennifer Anderson - Instructor/Choreographer

Jennifer's dance journey began at the age of 4, where she discovered her love for movement. Throughout her years as a dancer, Jennifer received training in various styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip hop, and pointe. As she continued to explore her passion, she expanded her repertoire to include high school and college danceline, cheerleading, ballroom dance, college contemporary classes, and even Irish Jig styled dancing. Jennifer's competitive career started at the age of 8, and as a group dancer, she achieved numerous overall scores. However, her enjoyment for being in the studio also led her to venture into teaching at a young age. At just 12 years old, she began assisting with classes. Since then, Jennifer has continued her dance education by teaching a local danceline team, choreographing routines for plays, and offering private lessons. In addition to her dedication to dance, Jennifer pursued higher education and completed her bachelor's degree in nursing from St. Catherine's University. She currently works locally in the nursing field. With her diverse background and passion for dance, Jennifer is thrilled to join Imperium Dance Company. Her goal is to create a positive, energizing, and creative learning environment for her students.
